For $2.50 per tissue tassel and $3.50 per foil tassel, you can select the number of the tassels & length of cord you would like depending on the length you need to decorate & how full you would like it to look.
Each garland is handmade to order. It is difficult to state the lead times as they change daily. If you have a rush order please let us know.
