The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your submittal of any purchase order to Bickiboo.com.au indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supersede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by Bickiboo.com.au. 

Bickiboo.com.au reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

By ordering or registering on Bickiboo.com.au you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database and email transaction order, shipping and product review emails. From time to time we may contact you about offers and new products. You can easily be removed by either unsubscribing via a link or contacting our Customer Service Team at admin@biciboo.com and we will remove you from marketing communications.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

LIABILITY
Bickiboo.com.au is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using your details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received. Bickiboo.com.au is not liable for any damage or loss caused to any product in transit.

SALE SHIPPING SCHEDULE
During times of a SALE on the website we receive higher than usual customer volume. Please anticipate 3 to 4 additional days delay on top of estimated delivery times.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE
We will notify Customers here of any potential holiday related delays due to oversubscribed postal services.

DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Our goal is to offer fast delivery at the lowest cost available. Please read on and help us to reduce our shipping costs wherever we can. We offer flat rate shipping of $10.99 Australia wide so you can shop with peace of mind.  If you are buying a very light weight items such as confetti, please contact us so that we may be able to find cheaper shipping rate for you.
Some oversize products may have a small freight excess. This may be mentioned with the product description and we will then contact you with the delivery quote.

Please note that standard delivery to WA is 10-14 business days.

Delivery times provided by Bickiboo.com.au are estimates only. Bickiboo.com.au will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. 

We are not able to deliver to PO Box addresses, when placing your order please provide a physical postal address.

We are located in Brisbane Australia.  All International orders are shipped via Australia Post, UPS, TNT & DHL. The great news is that most International post packages are delivered to your door between 4 - 14 working days if you live in or near a city. Some areas may take a little longer. Simply contact us if you'd like to know the exact timing to your country. 
 Please note that DHL express may not deliver to PO box addresses in certain countries.
 Please note that it is your responsibility to pay custom duties, if relevant, in your country.

INSURANCE
We offer the option to add insurance to your order. If you choose this option, a signature will be required upon delivery. Our Express couriers do not deliver to PO boxes

CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS -  PINATAS TASSEL GARLANDS
All garlands, piñatas, balloon designs are made to order in our workshop in Brisbane. We don't keep anything "in stock" as everything is one of a kind.  LEAD TIMES - our lead times vary depending on how busy we are at given point in time.  Please leave a note as to the delivery date with your order.
 With customized products we may get in touch with you to organise the delivery if necessary.

BACK ORDERS
In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by mail or email.

Occasionally we will offer free standard shipping and processing! These offers will only be applicable to product bought and shipped within Australia. 
We regret that we cannot offer freeshipping to foreign countries.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

COVID 19

We adhere to Queensland social distancing restrictions and will be operating our business accordingly.

As Covid-19 continues to unfold, there is uncertainty as to whether events will be able to go ahead in certain event spaces, restaurants, play centres and private homes etc. If you have questions about your booking or you want to move the location or postpone the date please reach out to us via email.

Please note the following:

• If you have booked an event and need to change it to another date we are happy to accommodate this change, if possible.
• It is our policy that the deposits made are non-refundable.
• If you have ordered helium balloons, balloon garlands and/or balloon installations and we are 21 days out from your event those payments are non-refundable as we have already bought the balloons for your event, however, once again we are happy to reschedule for a later date
• If when you reschedule we have an event already booked on that date we will give priority to the event already booked, however, we will do everything we can to work with you even if it means we set up the day before where possible (some event spaces will not allow us to do this)
• If the location of your event changes the delivery fee could be adjusted to account for extra or less travel time.

We want you to be happy with your pretty party supplies, but in the rare instance that you're not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns and issue a refund or store credit in the form of a gift certificate.  In the event that you need to return an item, you must first notify us by email for approval, at which time you will receive the return address and authorization number.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded.  Items must be returned in unused condition in their original packaging, and must be returned with 14 days of the original order date.  Returns received without a return authorization number will not be recognized. 

If you need to return an item due to error on the part of Bickiboo, we will apologize profusely and send out a replacement at our expense after the incorrect shipment is returned.

Where a refund is requested we will credit your original method of payment with the price of the returned goods, excluding delivery (unless goods were faulty or not as ordered). 

Sale items are non-refundable.

Balloons are non-refundable.

Handmade items not refundable

Please not that we do not accept returns for handmade made to order items unless the item is not as described or faulty.
 
Incorrect delivery address/returned parcels If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage fee will apply to send it again.

Bickiboo Designs takes no responsibility for returns lost in transit. 

Bickiboo Designs is not liable for any damage or loss caused to any product in transit.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars.

ACCURACY & TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. 

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Bickiboo.com.au shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. 

Bickiboo.com.au shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
